Karen Mascarenhas commenced a career in technical public relations 20 years ago - specialising in PR for clients in the defence, electronics, aerospace, electrical, computer, telecommunications, energy and industrial markets. Prior to this, she received a BSc (HONS) degree in Human Biology and an MSc in Applied Psychology (focusing on man/machine interface design and neurophysiology) from the Universities of Surrey and Birmingham respectively.
Currently managing entire marketing programmes in the UK for prestigious international companies, she also operates high-profile campaigns for UK manufacturers and distributors.
